Unemployment has been a major problem in INDIA & consequently poverty. Today youth whether graduate or school dropout lacks the direction & focus. There are plenty of opportunities yet many fail to achieve. Choices are abundant but identifying the inner calibre & interest to pursue towards it is needed. Every individual should possess the power to choose the best for their lives.

With a mission of transforming the lives of youth, JMJSSS Bhilai is running the "Placement Linked Skill Development Programme" for the Unemployed Youth from 2011 onwards. We have been pursuing this noble cause with the help of different partners. The training provided by JMJSSS is not mere skill based training but major focus is given on imparting various life skills and personality development modules. These modules help the aspirants identify and set goals for their lifves. Best methods are being followed in an optimum way to generate sustainable livelihoods. The skill is imparted in different domains like; Hospitality, Bedside Nursing Assistant, Home Electrical & Electronics - maintenance of Home Appliances and as need arises.

The objectives are:-

1. To provide market based job opportunity
2. To cater to youth from economically & educationally weak backgrounds
3. To improve the quality of life of such youth & their families &
4. To create an environment of learning & mentoring.
