Intervention:

After studying 10th I could not do any further studies because the financial condition of the house was very bad. My father has a small grocery shop and used to run the family expenses from what he can earn. One day there was a camp on (MMKVY) Mukhya Mantry Kaushal Vikash Yojna, Skill Development Scheme in my locality, which gave me information about the training and I filled the form to do training in Jesus Mary Joseph Social Service Society. The instructors in this institution gave me guidance that there is immense potential for a career in the hospitality sector. My instructor Damendra Sahu, Hemant Kumar, Sister Sushila, and all the instructors helped me in choosing the subject. In this institution, I took six months of training in Food and Beverages services in the hospitality sector. I was interviewed at many places by the guidance of my instructors and I was selected in the Cambion Hotel in the inner fort. Here I also have three other friends trained with me in JMJ SSS. We thank our organization so much that it made us capable. I get Rs 7000 / - per month in Hotel Cambion as well as food and accommodation. Now I have become self-sufficient. Now I earn money and help my family. Earlier I faced acute poverty in my life, but after training I am employed. I became self dependent. To make my career ahead, I will take 12th exam and after getting higher education, I will brighten the name of my home, family school, college, due to which I got a chance to ride my life today. I want to thank you wholeheartedly who is directly and indirectly conducting this training program. It is no wonder my parents are proud of their daughter's achievement.
