Problem of the client:

I am a sickling patient, during my 5th month of pregnancy dated 24.8.18 suddenly I got abdominal pain.

Intervention:

I Savitri Sahu JMJ SSS Community Health area coordinator Shankarnagar Bhilai immediately taken her to nearest PHC, blood test was done & given some medicine . Yet she did not feel better. Then I took her to SS hospital. She was admitted for 4 days. But she did not get better. Her health condition was worsening. Then shifted her to Karuna Hospital and admitted there. Immediately doctor attended the case & given medication. Within 10 minutes she felt relief from the pain. For further checkup she was admitted for 2 more days. After 2 days she was discharged & went happily to family. She is grateful to JMJSSS Health worker for her timely intervention.

Present status:

Both mother and child are fine.

Follow-up:

There is a regular Antenatal checkup.

Conclusion/Learning:

Family is happy and grateful to the CHVs leader for the help received . They have become more aware to ensure good health.
